Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Reviews CRM ("the Service"), operated by Third Eye Solutions. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Accounts

New accounts are activated after approval by Third Eye Solutions. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity in your account.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Access is provided on a monthly or yearly subscription at the price agreed with you. If a subscription is not renewed by its expiry date, access to the Service is paused until it is renewed. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not post fake reviews, buy reviews, or offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews.
  • Follow Google's Business Profile policies when publishing posts and replies.
  • Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, misleading or abusive.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Your content and AI drafts

You own your business content and your customers' reviews remain theirs. AI-generated drafts are suggestions: review them before publishing. You are responsible for what you publish to Google or elsewhere.

5. Third-party services

The Service connects to Google and OpenAI. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including data received from Google.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end or suspend access for non-payment or breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
